What are the benefits...

What to wear and bring...

Please wear comfortable, non-restrictive exercise clothing like jogging bottoms. Try to avoid baggy clothes. The ability for the instructor to see and correct your body movements is important.

Mats are provided, but please bring a towel with you. Bring your own mat if you wish.

I am injured or recently had a baby...

Pilates can be beneficial to some conditions, but I would recommend you seek medical advise first and if OK I can tailor an exercise plan for you.

Please contact me for advise on starting Pilates

I am pregnant...

I would not advise starting Pilates, whilst pregnant, if you have never done it before.

I am too unfit

All Pilates exercises can be performed at an exertion level that suits you. The intensity can be increased as your strength and fitness level increases.

Am I too old?

Pilates is suitable for all ages. You are never too old to take up Pilates.

Course Locations

I hold regular courses during school term times at various locations around Fleet. The map below details the current course locations.

I will not be able to attend all classes...

You can attend any of my classes, during the term, if you are unable to make it to your usual class.

How many students in a class?

Class sizes are small and at present vary between 5 people and 15 people.
